LAND TURNOVER

SALE AGREEMENT/DONATION AGREEMENT/ECHANGE AGREEMENT/ DISSOLUTION OF CO-OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT /LIFE ANNUITY AGREEMENT AND OTHERS
1) Land and Mortgage register number (if established)
2) geodetic documents – issued by the relevant Municipial Office/District Office – Geodesy Department competent for the location of the property:
- certified copy of the entry in Land and Mortgage Register with a clause for entry in the Land and Mortgage Register,
- a copy of the cadestral map, in the case of separating a plot from the Land and Mortgage Register, instead of a cadestral map copy, an extract of the cadestral map with a clause for entry in the Land and Mortgage Register,
in the case of developed land, an extract from the building register with a clause for entry in the Land and Mortgage Register,
3) Local development plan – Municipial Office/District Office competent for the location of the property Planning Department or equivalent authority responsible or land development,
- An extract and an outline from the local development plan/a certificate confirming the designated use of the land under local development plan or a certificate confirming the absence of the binding local development plan.
4) certificate regarding forests – Municipial Office/District Office competent for the location of the property – unit responsible for forestry and environmental matters
a certificate confirming whether the property is covered by a simplified forest management plan and whether a decision has been issued specifying forest management obligations based on forest inventory.
5) revitalisation certificate – Municipial Office/District Office competent for the location of the property – department responsible for revitalisation
- a document confirming whether the property is located within revitalisation area or a Special Revitalisation Zone
6) title of acquisition of the property – for inspection purposes (notarial deed/other document confirming acquisition of the property by the selling party)
7) certificate issued by the competent Tax Office confirming settlement of inheritance and donation tax, depending on the title of acquisition of the property
8) energy performance certificate for the building situated on the property (unless grounds for exemption exist) – issued by a qualified energy auditor entered in the Central Register of Building Energy Characteristics
PREMISES TURNOVER/ SALE AGREEMENT/DONATION AGREEMENT/ECHANGE AGREEMENT/DISSOLUTION OF CO-OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT/LIFE ANNUITY AGREEMENT AND OTHERS
1) Land and Mortgage Register number of the premises,
2) certificate confirming no outstanding service charges for the use of the premises – issues by the property manager/management board of the common property,
3) certificate confirming no registered residents in the premises – issued by the relevant Municipial Office/District Office, unit responsible for residence registration matters
4) energy performance certificate for the premises (unless grounds for exemption exist) – issued by a qualified energy auditor entered in the Central Register of Building Energy Characteristics,
5) title of the acquisition of the premises – for inspection purposes (notarial deed/other document confirming acquisition of the premises by the selling party)
6) certificate issued by the competent Tax Office confirming settlement of inheritance and donation tax, depending on the title of the acquisition of the premises,
COOPERATIVE OWNERSHIP RIGHTS TO PREMISES TURNOVER/ SALE AGREEMENT/DONATION AGREEMENT/EXCHANGE AGREEMENT/ DISSOLUTION OF CO-OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT AND OTHERS:
1) Land and Mortgage Register number of the cooperative ownership right to the premises (if established),
2) Certificate issues by the competent Housing Cooperative confirming the holder of the right, the legal title of the right, and specifying the location, area, and layout of the premises,
3) certificate confirming no outstanding service charges for the use of the premises – issues by the property manager/management board of the common property,
4) certificate confirming no registered residents in the premises – issued by the relevant Municipial Office/District Office, unit responsible for residence registration matters,
